INSTRUCTION:

This trainee’s Record Book (TRB) is intended to serve as


record of all accomplishment / task / activities while undergoing
training in DRIVING NCII. This will eventually become evidence
that can be submitted for portfolio assessment and for
whatever purpose it will serve you. It is therefore important
that all its contents are vainly entered by both the trainees and
instructor.

The Trainee’s Record Book contains all the required


competencies in your chosen qualification. All you have to do
is to fill in the column “Task required” and “Date
Accomplished” will all the activities in accordance with the
training program and to be taken up in the school and with
guidance of the instructor. The instructor will likewise indicate
his/her remarks on the “Instructor Remarks” column regarding
the outcome of the task accomplished by the trainees. Be sure
that the trainee will personally accomplish the task and
confirmed by the instructor.

It is great importance that the content should be written


legibly on ink. Avoid any corrections or erasures and maintain
the cleanliness of this record.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
DRIVING NCII

This section specifies the qualifications of trainees and educational


experience. Other requirements like health and physical
requirements are also stated. Passing entry written examinations
may also be indicated if necessary.

 With good moral character;


 Able to communicate both orally and in writing
 Physically fit and mentally healthy as certified by a Public
Health Officer

This list does not include specific institutional requirements such as

Educational Attainment, appropriate work experience, medical

examinations and others that may be required of the trainees by the

school or training center delivering the TVET Program.

RULES ON ATTENDANCE
UNIFORM AND ID

 All trainees/ student are required to wear their uniforms and


identification cards including shoes everyday inside the training
center.

 Trainee/ students are expected to wear appropriate attire in none


activity days. Sleeveless shirts, short pants and slippers are not
allowed inside the training center.

 Male trainees are also prohibited to wear earrings and costume,


jewelries or sporting tattoes.

ATTENDANCE AND PUNCTUALITY

 Every trainee/student will use BSRS for his daily attendance.

 Every trainee/student is expected to attend his/ her classes


punctuality and regularly.

 Every trainee/ student is encouraging to be more active in studying.

 Students who made invalid absences without consent of their


parents/ guardian are considered absent.

 Students who marks three absences the trainer must forward his/
her endorsement letter to the Guidance Office informing the
guardian of the said student about it.

 Students who mark absent seven times the school recognized his/
her as a DROPOUT.

 Students who proven their guilt, mistakes, and/ or foolishness they


deserve and equivalent punishment.

Give referral to trainees to have their OJT in the industry.
