- leading a team of 5 people in the design, development, and launch of an A/B testing platform
- designed and conducted A/B experiments to validate the performance of ML models, resulting in
an increase of 10.29% in the average balance and 5.11% in interest earnings
- developed and implemented a churn metrics system that detects early warning signs of
customer churn, resulting in a decrease of 0.71 percentage points in churn rates
