Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Diploma Mechanical
Engineer to join our team. As a diploma fresher, you will be responsible for
supporting the production and quality departments in various tasks. Your
primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth operation of production lines
while maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Production Department:
Assist in the planning and coordination of production activities.
Collaborate with the production team to optimize manufacturing processes
and improve productivity.
Monitor production lines to ensure they are operating efficiently and
meeting production targets.
Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues that may arise during
production.
Perform routine inspections and maintenance of machinery and
equipment.
Assist in the implementation of quality control procedures in the
production process.
Support the team in achieving production goals and targets.
Completing all tasks set by the Supervisor and assisting wherever
possible.
Observing existing strategies and techniques and offering suggestions for
improvement.
Working closely with staff to foster professional values and build good
relationships.
Observing health and safety guidelines at all times.
Quality Department:
Assist in conducting quality inspections and audits to ensure
compliance with standards and specifications.
Collect and analyse data related to product quality, identifying
trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the quality team to develop and implement quality
assurance processes.
Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions to address
quality issues.
Assist in the documentation and maintenance of quality records and
reports.
Conduct internal audits to assess adherence to quality management
systems.
Requirements:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (recently passed out).
Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and
manufacturing processes.
Familiarity with quality control procedures and quality management
systems.
Proficiency in using engineering software and tools for analysis and
design.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate
with cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
