Dear Mr. MD. DANISH,
This has reference to your interview dated 05.04.2024, we would like to inform you that you have been selected for the post
of “SITE ENGINEER” Your role would be to execute all responsibilities and tasks related to the Project Department, as indicated
in your job description & subject to Interview Detail Report. This offer is subject to below terms and conditions;
Responsibilities: Upon resumption of duties, a job description and responsibilities shall be assigned to you by HRD. This is
subject to change as per the organizational requirements from time to time.
Working Hours: The daily working hours will be as per sites requirement. Please note that the working hours may be modified
from time to time by the management for operational reasons as per company policy, job profile, target oriented work scope.

Compensation:

Fixed CTC 24000/- 288000/-

Terms of Employment:
Your employment will be subject to a probationary period of 6 months, during which time your performance will be
evaluated.
You will be eligible for any additional benefits and entitlements after your probation confirmation as per company
policy.
Please note that this offer is contingent upon the successful completion of any background checks or reference checks
that may be required.
We would appreciate your joining us on or before the aforementioned date. Failure to join by the stipulated date will
result in the invalidation of this offer letter. If you find this offer acceptable, please confirm your acceptance by
promptly returning the duplicate signed copy of this letter to us.
In case you fail to join the Company on or before the date of joining as mentioned in this offer letter or mutually
agreed subsequent date by both parties, you will be liable to pay the company a sum equal to 10% of the Annual CTC
offered to you. For all purposes, this offer letter shall be treated as a Contract under the Indian Contract Act 1872 &
violation of this clause can attract legal action.
A formal letter of agreement (Appointment) will be issued to you after your training/probation period. No leaves are
applicable during Training/ Probation Period. During training/probation, the notice period for resignation will be 30 days
from your side & it’s mandatory.

4. 2 Passport Size photographs
5. Relieving letter from your current Organization
6. Resignation letter of current organization with acceptance.
7. Experience/Performance Letter of current organization
