AREA OF WORKING :
In Lab Dip Section working on 100% cotton, P/C Blend fabric and Cotton Lycra (Bottom and
Sheeting) with different dyeing methods such as cold-pad-batch, pad-dry-pad steam for
Reactive, pad-dry-pad steam for Vat development etc.

Presently working in VARDHMAN FEBRIC BUDNI PILICARAR TALPUR DIST. SHEHORE
As an Assistant Officer in Processing Dyeing Lab (PILOT PLANT) from 01 Jan. 2018 to till date.
JOB PROFILE :
Lab to bulk :
It is mainly responsible to confirm recipes dyeing department, and Monthly checking of lab
pick-up and correlate with the bulk pick-up.
. Lab dip :
Shade matching is mainly depends upon this section here we generate the recipe for various
shades and take the trials on this until matching is complete then send the lab dip of the given
shades for buyers.
To produce the recipes using spectrophotometer with all round fastness and reliable trachoma
for bulk production.
Shades matching for buyers.
Make lab dip cards and send to customers.
Daily basis man power planning..
M/C Maintenance planning.
