Thank you for coming tonight! A few items of interest:
--We continue our Fall Fundraising Drive, “Give Butter.” We are making great progress to meeting
our goal, which is ~$10,000 ($120 per student collected)…we so appreciate the many individuals,
families and small businesses that have helped us with this drive! We are almost 75% funded. Would
you consider posting our page ([Link] so others in our community might
consider making a small donation so our program is fully supported? We are a 501c3 charity, and
thus donations are tax-deductible! We’ll close this drive this Friday, Nov. 1st!
-- Those going on the trip to Disney World in March have their 2nd payment due on Nov. 1st and the
3rd payment will be due Dec. 2nd. Because we need to have a number of our expenses paid off
before January 1st (airfare, hotel, and charter transportation in Orlando), this payment schedule is
very important!
--We still have some delinquent payments needed for FairShare and outfits. These are 2 separate
costs that are discussed in the Choral Handbook and can easily be paid by cash/check (to PCHS
Choral Boosters), or online. Additionally, benevolence can be requested, per need, to cover these
needs—simply fill out the form on our website! A portion of our fundraising efforts is purposely
allocated to help with these financial needs, though because we have quite a few missing payments,
we will need to use more funds from our GiveButter drive than we had anticipated to provide for the
expenses that FairShare is designed to cover.
Upcoming Dates:
• Nov. 1: Last day of our Donation Campaign!
• Nov. 7: Rehearsal at Enloe HS for our Honors Chorus Students (3)
• Nov. 8: Catered lunch in chorus room for those who met fundraising goal of $120

outfits housed at schools, etc.). Students need to report at 4pm to the facility, dressed in
concert attire, with a bagged dinner or snacks of some sort. Carpooling is recommended, and
parking will likely need to be in a downtown lot (for a fee), such as the lot by the convention
center (which is across the street). The concert starts at 7pm and will last about 90 minutes.
604 students are performing!
• Dec. 6: Western Wake Collaboration Concert—Involves Aria Choir and Bass Clef
