One there was a boy named Oliver.
He was a 6 th grader, and sadly dint have
a father. So, his mother and grandmother would be taking care of him. The
mother would go to work and return late at night, so it would be the
grandmother taking care of him. The grandmother was there for him all the
time, she would pick him up from school, make him meals and what not. But
the boy dint respects his grandma and would igrnore her, sometime would
even shout at her. The grandmother, knowing that he would be beaten by his
mother dint complain about his behavior to his mother.
Days passed and the grandmother became old and ill. As for the boy, he
went to college and started to be independent. One day when he was in
college, he got a call stating that his grandma died. The boy was shocked to
hear this, he rushed to his home to find his grandmother in her coffin. He
went into his grandmother's room and found a small diary on her bed. He
opened the diary and began to read all the pages that were written by his
grandma “dear diary, today i cooked my grandson's favorite meal for him,
but he ignored it and ordered some burgers. What have i done to make him
angry, he even ignores me when i come to talk to him”
On reading this the boy remembered how he ill-treated his grandma. The
diary also showcased many such incidents in which he ill-treated his
grandma. After he read the whole diary, he realized his mistake and tears
rolled down his eyes. But it was too late to ask forgiveness. He realizes that
lost time can never be found again.
So gavaliers, instead of fighting with your siblings, arguing with your parents
and ignoring your grandparents. Treat them with respect and love because
you don't know what the future has decided for them.
