Dear Sir,
We M/S FARZANA ENTERPRISE have imported 02X40 FCL Reefer containers of Fresh Oranges by your well
reputed shipping line OOCL. The containers have arrived Chattogram port on 07-May-2024 and We have
performed our regular physical examination on 12-May-2024 and found examined goods of the container
no. OOLU6470884 in completely rotten, soften and burnt condition. We have decided to arrange a joint
survey of the container goods at the time of the delivery to assess the amount of actual damage of the
goods.

The shipping carrier should take responsibility for the investigation of any technical issue with your
installed system in the container which destroyed the loaded goods. We trust that CONTINENTAL TRADERS
(BD) LTD will handle this matter with the utmost urgency and professionalism. We look forward to your
prompt response and resolution to this matter and attend the joint survey on 13-May-2024.
