Important announcement

The last day to submit all your speeches is Monday, November 4th. No speeches
or campaigns will be accepted after Monday. If you want to participate, make sure
to submit your speech before then, or else you will be considered out of the
elections. After you do so, get my approval for your speech, and then START
practising it immediately.

It is also important to work on your public speaking and body language, so make
sure to watch YouTube videos on how to do so.

If anyone has further questions about the student council and the elections, they
should ask anyone on the student council committee. The student council
committee consists of:

 Ms. Habiba
 Ms. Dalia
 Mr. Mahmoud
 Ms. Yasmin
 Ms. Menna

The meaning and responsibilities of every position:

President:

 Leads the student council, represents the student body, and organizes and
oversees council activities.

 Works closely with the school administration and faculty (The Student
Council Committee).

Vice President:

 Assists the president and steps in if the president is absent.

 Often takes on additional responsibilities such as leading certain committees


or projects.

Secretary:

 Keeps records of meetings (meeting minutes), correspondence, and handles


communications within the council.

 Helps to organize events and schedules.


Public Relations Officer (PRO) / Media Officer:

 Handles advertising and promotion of events through posters,


announcements, or social media.

 Ensures that students are informed about upcoming events.

Class Representatives:

 Represent their respective grades or classes in the council.

 Bring forward issues, ideas, and feedback from their classmates.

Art Officer

 Promotes Creativity: Encourages students to engage in art activities, like


drawing, painting, crafting, or other creative projects.

 Plans Art Events and Competitions: Organizes school art competitions,


exhibitions, or theme days to showcase student artwork.

 Decorates for School Events: Helps with decorating the school for events
like dances, assemblies, or holiday celebrations.

 Supports Art Initiatives: Works on projects like murals, bulletin boards, or


creating visuals for school announcements or social media.
Scientific Officer

 Promotes Science and Curiosity: Encourages interest in science through
