IMPLEMENTATION OF THE NEW NATIONAL MINIMUM WAGE IN THE
FEDERAL PUBLIC SERVICE: THE CONSOLIDATED HEALTH SALARY
STRUCTURE (CONHESS)
Consequent upon the enactment of the National Minimum Wage
(Amendment) Act 2019, and ihe negotiations between the Federal Government
of Nigeria and Organised Labour (represented by the Joint National Public
Service Negotiating Council) in respect of the consequential adjustments of
salaries of employees in the Federal Public Service, the President of the Federal. Continuation
Republic of Nigeria has approved the revision of the Consolidated Health Salary
Structure (CONHESS), with effect from the 18 of April 2019.
2. The new salary table is attached herewith.
3. This circular supersedes Circular No. SWC.04/VolX/669 dated 16" July
2019.
