EGGS, DAY OLD CHICKS, PULLETS, CHICKEN AND GAMEFOWLS FROM ANY POINT FROM LUZON,” BAI
Memorandum Circular no. 09 dated August 14, 2017 and DA Administrative Circular dated August 22, 2017:
1. That the eggs were produced and packed from a farm with no confirmed cases of New Castle Disease
(ND) or Avian Influenza (AI) during the last 21 days;
2. That the eggs were produced and packed in an Avian Influenza free area.
3. That the eggs were transported in new or appropriately sanitized containers and vehicle/transport
carriers;
4. That all fomites in the transport vehicle per trip will be disposed of properly;
5. That the source poultry are vaccinated against ND as follows;
