JOB SUMMARY
The Sales Associate is able to work in a fast-paced environment, learn about the products, and
engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner. She/he/they will be joining a small but
mighty team committed to providing excellent customer service and driving sales through product
expertise.
This role is open to candidates of all backgrounds and abilities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Key area Tasks
Engage with customers in a positive, approachable and respectful manner.
Assist customers with product inquiries, providing in-depth product
Customer service knowledge and suggestions based on their needs.
Handle customer concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction by resolving
issues promptly.
Achieve or exceed monthly sales goals by using effective sales techniques.
Sales and Inform customers about promotions, special offers and loyalty programs to
Product enhance sales.
Promotion
Upsell and cross-sell products to meet customer needs and increase sales
opportunities.
Merchandising Assist in inventory control by conducting stock checks.
Report on low stock levels to management.
QUALIFICATIONS
Educational and Experience Skills & Competencies:
10+2 pass or equivalent Strong communication and interpersonal
Previous experience in retail, customer skills, with the ability to engage customers in
service or sales is preferred, but not required. a professional and friendly manner.
Basic knowledge of inventory management.
Ability to work in a team environment and
collaborate with other associates to achieve
sales goals.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings and
holidays.
Must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn
