2. That the Vendor are in urgent need of money to return
debt. family works without disposing the said landed property
and so such they announced for sale of their above and said
property vendee have come to know expressed his desire to
purchase the same and after negotioation the price of the
property delailed in column 5 of the deed has been agreed upon

between the parties.
3. That in sound health and mind and considering their profit
and loss, the vendors has sold landed property to the vendee and
executed this deed of sale in favour of the vendee.
4. That the vendor has already received the total selling price

executing this deed of sale and after receiving the final selling
price from the vendee.
5. That the vendee may get possession over the purchased land,
and said purchaser enter their name demand register of concern
circle office or any other place where in he required cultivation on
the said land and use and utilise the same as per his requirement
etc and in this connection neither the principal nor any of his legal
heir has no objection and in future they will have no objection at all.
6. That the vendor has ensured the vendee on behalf of
Principal that the deed of sale is devoid of any objection or any
Encumberance. In case after the execution of the sale deed any
Such objection or encumberance is found, the Principal and her
legal heir successore assigns and nomines will be fully responsible
for that and Vendor will be return the Consideration amount,
Court fee, stamp duty.
7. Certified that land of this deed is free from all kinds of
encumbrances, acquisition and requisition, liens, charges and
attachments and also free from Khas Mahal, Gairmazarua, Ceiling,

Bhoodan, Red Card, Kaiser-e-hind, Religious Trust Board, Waqf
Board and other kinds of Government land.
We do hereby solenmly affirm and declare that the transferring
landed property mentioned in this deed of sale and its particulars
are fully true. If the said land is found effected,the vendor of this
deed shall be liable and responsible for the same.
