NOTIFICATION
U.P. Urban Planning and Development (Assessment, levy and Collection of Land-use conversion charges) Rules, 2014
have been prominlgated wide Notification No.2281/8-3-14-194Misc/14 dated 11.12.2014 under Sub Section (1) of
section 38-A, read with Section 55 of U.P. Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973 (U.P. Act No. 11 of 1973). The
Governor, under the powers stated above, accords approval for amendments, as under, in the said rules:-

1. Definitions

under any scheme developed by the development

2. For the work of Urban planning in the state, apart from 27 development authorities, 05 Special Area Development
Authorities, U.P. housing and Development Board(which is operating in 54cities present) and 74 Regulated Areas are
also declared/constituted. Therefore, the Rules, in question, will be adopted by the above agencies in accordance with
the procedure prescribed under their respective Acts.
