LETTER OF APPOINTMENT
With reference to your application and subsequent interview that you had with us, we have pleasure in
appointing you as “Lab Technician” in our organization on the following terms and conditions.
01.0 Remuneration and Date of Joining:
a) Your remuneration will be as listed in Annexure I. Your appointment will take effect from
on or before 01st Aug 2024.

c) The next review of your salary shall take place after completion of one year of service.
02.0 Medical Fitness:
a) You will have to undergo medical fitness test by the designated medical officer designated
by the company or you may produce fitness certificate.
b) In case, during the continuance of your employment you are incapacitated by reasons of
illness or accident or any other causes, whether within or beyond your control from
attending your duties for a period of three Consecutive months or a periods amounting in the
aggregate to three months in any one year (not necessarily calendar year), the company may
at its discretion terminate this employment without any notice or any payment in lieu of
notice.
03.0 Probation:
a) The initial period of probation will be six months, If at the end of probation. You are found
suitable your appointment will be confirmed by the company in writing. During Probation
appointment can be terminated by both the parties without any notice period in writing or
pay in lieu of notice period.
04.0 Termination / Resignation of Employment on or after Confirmation:
a) The appointment is terminable by one months’ Notice or payment of one month’s salary
in lieu thereof.
b) In case, the employee effects such termination, the employee is requires to serve complete
two months before he could be relieved from the services of the company.
c) However, reliving from the company. will take after the company is satisfied that proper
handling over of papers, documents, information assets etc., has taken place.
d) The company will not be liable to pay notice pay in case the appointment is terminated on
grounds of (i) Breach of confidentiality (ii) Gross negligence (iii) Violation of law or
willful non-compliance of law (iv)Misconduct (v) Violation of the SHAP Code of
conduct.
05.0 Place of work:
a) You will be placed at Our Corporate office at Hyderabad, Telangana. nonetheless
Madanapalle is the place of work.
b) You may be required to undertake travel on Company’s work as and when necessary. In the
case of such travel on Company’s business, deputation or travel in connection with transfer.
You will be entitled to such travel expenses / allowance as per Company rules.
06.0 Other Service Conditions.
a) Salary Credit: As per company policy your salary will be paid on or before 15th of every
month.
b) Working days: All employees will work on all 6 days (Monday to Saturday).
c) Leave: The calendar leave is from January to December. The Factories Act of 1948 stipulates
that each employee who has worked a least 240 days in a calendar year is legible for 12 are PL
(Privileged Leave) / EL (Earned Leave) 3 are CL (Casual Leave) and 3 are SL (Sick Leave)
d) Dress Code: Employee has to strictly follow the professional dress code.
e) Retirement: You will retire from service on reaching the age of 58 years. Unless your services
are terminated earlier on account of your being found medically unfit or under the above –
mentioned clauses.
f) Intellectual Property: It is a condition of your employment that the company is the owner of
all copyright and all other intellectual property rights of whatever nature in work, computer
programs, and other projects incorporating intellectual property, which are created or
developed by you during your employment to the extend that by law, you do not have any
database , documents, or sound recordings created or developed pursuant to your employment
by the company , you hereby irrevocably and unconditionally assign to the company all
intellectual property rights including copyright, in all such works.
g) Confidentiality: It is a condition of your employment that during the continuance of your
employment you shall not disclose to any person, without written consent of your superiors /
senior management, any trade secret or confidential information concerning the financial
arrangements or position of the company or any of the dealings, transactions or affair of
Company’s business. Without prejudice to the generality of this clause, the client list, business,
database, marketing plans and strategies, sales pricing and margin information, and everything
else, which is marked “Confidential” or which is otherwise indicated, explicit or implicit to be
subject to an obligation or confidence.
h) You will promote and expand the business of the company and no directly or indirectly, full
time or part-time and either solely or jointly be engaged in any service or other business or
profession during the course of your employment without written sanction from the Company.
You will also not undertake any course of study without prior consent of the Management in
writing.
i) You shall not without prior permission of the company publish or give out in any Scientific,
administrative, accounting, literary, artistic or genera journals, newspapers or through any
other channel/ media (like radio and TV interviews) any information pertaining to the
company’s existing or future business during the period of your employment with the
company or thereafter.
j) You will be governed by the rules and regulations applicable to the other employees of the
company, including revisions in such rules as may be affected from time to time. Please note
that while in service on this appointment you shall not engage yourself in any other trade.
Profession or vocation, directly or indirectly, and whether for gainful purpose or otherwise.
k) In accordance with the standard practice of the Company, we request you to treat the terms of
your employment as confidential. You will keep us informed of any change in your residential
address or in your civil status or in your personal bio-data from time to time.
l) The Company reserves the right to alter, amend or modify any of the above conditions of
service as and when required.
On the day of reporting for duty, you are required to submit copies of your (a) Age of proof &
Pan Card (b) qualification certificates (c) experience certificates (d) Three passport size photos
(e) reliving letter / Order (f) last drawn salary slips 3 months.
