 Propose corrections / corrective actions within 3 days from the date of issue of any
NCR which shall be fully closed within 30 days.

 Limit inspection reject rate 5% maximum.

 Limit customer complaints at less than 2 per annum per project.

 Conversion of QMS Procedures into process flow diagram as part of the continual
improvement.
