the different types of housing available can help you make an informed decision that suits
your needs and preferences. Here’s a rundown of the seven common housing types in
the Philippines, highlighting the unique features and advantages of each option.
Bungalow
● Bungalows are one-story houses with a spacious layout and sloped roofs,
often with a front porch. They’re common in subdivisions and ideal for families
with elderly, disabled members, or young children due to the ease of
maintenance and lack of stairs. The open design allows for ventilation and

Single-Attached
● Single-attached houses share one wall with a neighboring unit, while the
