The production process to make sugar from sugar cane is illustrated through the diagram.

Overall, there are seven stages in the whole process, beginning with grow the sugar cane crop
and ending with drying and cooling. It is also noticeable that the main steps are farming,
crushing, separating, and drying.
In the first stage of the process, the sugar canes are grown on fields and it takes about 12 to 18
months for it to mature. After it has fully grown, it is harvested either manually or mechanically.
Next, the harvested sugar canes are crushed in a crushing machine to extract the juice. However,
as the liquid still contains many bad substances, it must undergo purification in which a
limestone filter is used to filter out the juice.
In the next stage of the process, the purified juice is boiled in an evaporator to remove water,
leaving a syrup behind. The syrup is then poured into a centrifuge where the sugar crystals are
separated from the syrup. Finally, the crystals are dried and cooled, becoming ready for
consumption.

The given diagram illustrates how sugar is produced from sugar cane.
Overall, the process of making sugar involves four main stages, beginning with grow the crop
sugar cane and ending with drying and cooling.
The first step is to grow sugar cane and it takes about 12 to 18 months for it to mature. After it
has fully grown, it is harvested either manually or mechanically. The manual method involves
farmers removing the leaves first and then chopping the canes, while the mechanized method
uses machines to cut the canes directly.
The harvested canes are then crushed in a crushing machine to extract the juice, which is later on
purified using a limestone filter. Next, the purified juice is boiled in an evaporator to remove
water, which concentrates it into a syrup. The syrup is then poured into a centrifuge where it is
spun at high speed to separate the sugar crystals. Finally, the crystals are dried and cooled and
the end product is sugar.

INTRODUCTION:
- The diagram illustrates the production process to make sugar from stalks of sugar cane.
- The manufacturing process for making sugar from sugar cane is shown on the diagram.
- The whole process of how sugar is made from sugar cane is described through the
diagram.
OVERALL, there are seven stages in the whole process, but it appears that the growing step
takes up a significant amount of time while the other stages occur do not.
BODY:
Firstly, the sugar canes are grown on fields for a time period of 12 to 18 months. Then, the
second step takes place where the canes are harvested either by tractors or manually. Next, the
harvested sugar canes are crushed in a crude machine to produce juice. However, as the liquid
still contains many impurities, it must undergo purification in which a limestone filter is used to
filter out the juice.
Secondly, as the juice becomes purer, it is passed to step 5 where an evaporator is used to turn
the juice into syrup. Under high heat, the water content inside the liquid evaporates, leaving a
syrup behind. The following step is called “centrifuge” where the sugar crystals are separated
from the syrup. In the final stage, the crystals are dried and cooled, thus only sugar remains.

The diagram illustrates how sugar cane transforms into sugar. Overall, the process involves
seven stages, from cultivating sugar cane to drying cooling. Notably, the main steps are farming,
crushing, separating, and drying.
Initially, sugar cane is grown for 12 to 18 months to prepare for the harvesting phase. Once
harvested through either manual labor or mechanized methods, sugar cane undergoes the process
of crushing to extract its juice. Then, the juice is purified by passing through limestone filters.

Finally, the crystals are dried and cooled, becoming ready for consumption.
