ABOUT COMPANY

Christy apparels is one of the dynamic, pro‐active organizations that deals with a wide variety of

knitted garments and all kind of fabric cotton, mixed and blended fabrics as per the buyer’s fabric

requirements. The organization was established in the name of paghalavan knitting in the year 2002 with

knitting and garment division. In the year 2010 the garment division separated from paghalavan knitting

and named as christy apparels.

Today the company is emerging as a significant player in its area of operation. The company has

won any laurels from its exporters clients for promptness in quality, delivery and quick response to their

needs. The factory has the following international social and technical certificates for the complaints.
GARMENTS DIVISION

Dedication and a vision to create a trouble free manufacturing campus resulted in the

Infrastructure vital for such an operation. The integrated structure facilitates execution of the planning

and target realization more viable in a controlled atmosphere. The linear production starting for knitting

ends up with packed garments meandering through various stages

right from the gathering of raw materials to the delivery of the finished products; we ensure that value‐

based products reach our valued clients. The Quality Inspectors work day‐in and day‐out to maintain the

INFRASTRUCTURE

Our manufacturing unit at Tirupur comprises of all the Technological faculties to

manufacture the best products in the industry. The units have both skilled workmanship and the latest
imported machines and equipment’s. Besides this, we have adequate infrastructure in our units to carry
out all the process from knitting to packing. Facility details given below.

FABRIC SECTION

Experienced work force involved in manual cutting assisted with band knife cutting machine
and table top cutting machines execute the cutting program.

Equipped with modern and specialized stitching machines, the production unit engages skilled tailors

and stitch garments in line production. Organized work force trim the hanging threads and sort the

defective pieces and send them back to corrective process, stain removers, with multiple provisions to

remove hard stains are put in to use to ensure stain free garments.

PACKING

Presentation of the garment is vital. Experienced work force provided with vacuum tables and

steam irons fold the garments to the specifications. Packing and cartooning follows through to get the

goods ready for export.

OUR SISTER CONCERNS

KNITTING DIVISION:

The richness of the garment is ensured by quality knitting in circular knitting machines.

The range of machines available to covers the necessary Dias for different sizes from just born to giant

sizes. We are minimizing wastage by allocating appropriate diameters.

We are having a sister concern under the name and style of Sri Paghalavan Knitters Pvt Ltd

(Knitting Division). The quality of the fabric is taken care by our knitting division, since our technical

peoples are well versed in the knitting area. We are having 24 Rib knitting machines,25 Jersey knitting

machines, 17 open width machines,4 tubler machines and 8 interlock machines in various Dias to cover

the different sizes and to minimize the wastage in cutting. The machinery details are given below.

DYEING DIVISION‐ (CHRISTY COLOURS)

Our dyeing unit have modernized and equipped soft flow machines for this industry. We
are having our own ETP plant to ensure that the effluents coming out from the plant are properly
treated and tested to the meet the effluent norms fixed by the government. We have obtained consent
order from Andhra Pradesh Pollution Control Board for both of our dyeing facility namely Yarn Dyeing
and Fabric Dyeing.

From our dyeing we are sure to dye all variety of fabrics like Polyester, Modal, Cotton/Spandex & all
type of blended fabrics are up to the international standards. The machinery details are given below.
