SAFETY TIPS:
Keep cylinder in upright position only at ground level in well ventilated place.
Always keep LPG Stove on platform above the cylinder level. Do not keep
cylinder in cabinet or in a pit below floor level.
Extinguish all open flames while changing the cylinder or Suraksha LPG hose
and while servicing the appliances.
Switch off the regulator when not in use.
In case the cylinder is not in use for long, please disconnect the regulator &
keep the cylinder valve capped with Safety Cap.
Use only Suraksha LPG Hose available with your HPGAS distributor.
It is mandatory to get your LPG installation checked once in 5 years by
authorized HP Gas mechanic.
In case of leakage,
a) Open all doors and windows.
b) Ensure that Kerosene, stove, diya, incense stick, candle etc. are not in lit
conduction in kitchen
c) Do not operate any of the electrical switches either from ON to OFF or OFF
to ON.
d) Call 1906, it is 24 X 7 Emergency Toll free number for LPG Leakage
complaints.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Domestic LPG cylinder is meant for domestic cooking purpose only and
should be used at registered address.
The cylinder should not be sold, repaired, hypothecated, transferred or shifted
to anyone or any other address.
Always insist for Pre Delivery Check (PDC) by the deliverymen at the time of
refill delivery for your safety
a) Visual inspection of LPG installation.
b) Deliverymen to open the seal in front of you and check the cylinder for
defect/leakages.
c) Please get the cylinder checked for correct weight.
d) Demonstration of the soundness of cylinder, by connecting it with the Gas
stove.
Customers are entitled for cash & carry rebate in case of non-home delivery
of LPG cylinder.
In case of any accident involving LPG installation, customers must intimate
HPGAS distributor immediately. We have taken PLI Policy to cover loss of
life/property and medical expense in case of accident caused primarily by
leakage of LPG at registered premises.

Glass top stoves, High thermal efficient stoves, cooking appliances and other
products at competitive rates.
M.R.T.P. Notification: It is not obligatory for customers to buy LPG stove from
the distributor.
While buying LPG stove from outside source, please ensure that the same
bears ISI mark.
TERMS AND CONDITION:
1. The price on the date of delivery is applicable.
2. The online amount paid shall be treated as advance and will be
adjusted the actual refill price at the time of delivery.
3. Excess amount if any paid during online payment shall be refunded by
the distributor at the time of delviery. Please ensure collection of excess
paid amount from the delivery staff.
4. If online amount is less, then the differential amount to be paid to the
delivery staff at the time of delivery.
5. The delivery is deemed complete when the cylinder is delivered at
customer's premises and signature is obtained on the cash memo or
on DAC (Delivery Authentication code) based confirmation.
6. The transaction charges (MDR) is payable by the customer on Credit
card & Net Banking transactions. No transaction charges (MDR) is
payable by the consumer on UPI & Debit Card transactions.
7. Prepaid bookings cannot be cancelled.
8. Consumer to take utmost care while making online payment. Please
verify your consumer number, LPG ID, name, distributor details before
making online payment.
