Overview:
As a Business Development Manager in the Banca Channel, you will lead a team of financial service
consultants to drive business growth, enhance customer engagement, and achieve organizational
objectives. You will play a pivotal role in formulating strategies, managing operations, and fostering a
culture of excellence and collaboration within the Banca Channel.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of financial service consultants to achieve sales targets, enhance
productivity, and ensure high levels of motivation and engagement.
• Provide strategic direction and guidance to financial service consultants, setting clear objectives and
expectations aligned with the company's goals and values.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning within the Banca Channel.
• Collaborate with banking partners to identify and leverage opportunities for customer acquisition,
cross-selling, and upselling of life insurance products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including banking partners,
customers, business associates, and regulatory authorities, to enhance brand reputation and
customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular meetings and reviews with banking partners to discuss business performance,
address concerns, and explore opportunities for collaboration.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of sales
strategies, identify areas for improvement, and drive performance optimization.
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market insights, competitor activities,
and other relevant metrics to senior management.
• Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and seminars to enhance the skills, knowledge,
and capabilities of financial service consultants.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and support to help financial service consultants overcome challenges,
develop their potential, and achieve their career goals.
We're looking for someone with:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales in the insurance industry, with a proven track record of
achieving targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with
diverse stakeholders.
• Sound knowledge of insurance products, sales techniques, and market dynamics.
