1013217 dated 17.09.2007 and 24.09.2007 from Contai Branch, Contai Co-
operative Agriculture Rural Development Bank Ltd. by amicable.
My Clients:
Sri Amiyabindu Pradhan, son of Late Prabhat Chandra Pradhan residing at Village
- Jantai, Post Office and Police Station Marishda, Block Contai-3, District East
Midnapore, Poin-721449, West Bengal.
Sir. Under instructions from and on behalf of my above-named client, I give you
this notice as follows:-
That my father namely Prabhat Chandra Pradha, since deceased took loan from
your Bank i.e. contain co-operative Agriculture Rural Development Bank Ltd.
Contai Branch on 17.09.2007 and 24.09.2007 being loan No. 1018811, loan case
No. 1013217 leadger No. 155/172 amount of Rs.70,000/- (Rupees Seventy
Thousand) only by keeping mortgage cultivation loan situated and lying at Mouza
Joutai, J.L. No. 402, Dag No. 645, Khatian No. 128, Police Station - Marishda,
Block-Cotnai, District - Erast Midnapore, Pin -721449, West Bengal. After taking

loan the said Probhat Chandra Pradhan paid various instalments to your said
Bank till his last breath.
That on 14-2008, the said Prabhat Chandra pradhan has been expired. After
expiry my said client's mother namely Smt. Manjuri Pradhan, since deceased
received notice from your bank and my client mother also replied to that notice
and she expressed her desire and ready to mitigate your loan amount on
07.07.2014, 17.03.2016 and on various occasions.

Unfortunately your Bank no reply to that effect but served various notice by
demanding their dues on various occasions.
Thereafter on 16-4-18 my said client's mother namely Smt. Manjuri Pradhan died
on 16-4-18 . after demise of my client's mothermy said clients also received
demand notice of your Bank in the name of Late Prabhat Chandra Pradhan .
May it be pertinent to mention here that on 09.10.2018 my said client sent his
reply through post to your Bank. My said client also expressed his views in the
said reply and to mitigate your loan amount Rs.70,000/- (Rupees Seven
Thousand) only after settling amicably.
That my said client is ready to settling the loan amount to your said Bank and pay
the same as soon as possible.
In view of the above, my said client is ready to mitigate the loan amount as and
when required.
Under this aforesaid facts and circumstances I fervently request you to
settle the matter by amicably as soon as possible and do the needful.
