The microstrip patch is rectangular in shape with coaxial

III. STUDY OF THE POSSIBILITY OF CONTROLLING

IV. CONCLUSION
Thus, it is shown that the use of a metamaterial as a
substrate allows to shift the working band of a microstrip
antenna towards lower frequencies, which is equivalent for
