I always wanted to reduce the gap between technology and my people, one may be afraid
by the perceived enormity of the task. However, now I see a tangible opportunity to

As an AI Data Trainer, my role involves more than just handling data. I focus on refining
language accuracy and cultural sensitivity in our algorithms. This requires a continuous
dedication to learning languages, a skill I've developed as a self-taught linguist from a
young age. My ability to grasp language nuances was recognized during my time in the
Brazilian Army, where I excelled in high-pressure situations through quick adaptation and
resilience. These experiences have prepared me to thrive in the dynamic environment at
Invisible company.
Facing challenges is an opportunity for growth, and I'm excited to tackle the complexities
of this role. Fine-tuning language models for Brazilian-Portuguese involves overcoming
hurdles like capturing regional variations and being culturally sensitive. My dedication to

colleagues. Being self-taught in languages since age 15 and thriving in demanding Army
