[Link] OF COMPETITION
In evaluating the competition for Click n’ Go in Marinduque, it is essential to consider
factors such as a good service quality, an effective operation, and most of all customer
satisfaction. The local transportation and delivery service market is growing, with a lot of
competitors offering different selling points and various features to meet the different needs of
their customers. Different and already established providers like Hook PH Express, J&T
Express, and Mandin, presents consumers with different delivery and price ranges at different
price points.
Reliability is one of the most critical factors the customers really look for in a delivery service
and in choosing one. Providers like Hook PH Express offer services such as 24/7 availability,
they ensure that they can be contacted for urgent deliveries, but the lack of customer reviews
shows and raises questions about how consistent they can be. J&T Express, one of the most
established or well-established name in the field, it’s recognized for its extensive network here in
Marinduque. However, with its limited service hours, ending at 6 PM, and with mixed customer
reviews shows that there is room for more improvements that can be made, in both their service
quality and their punctuality. Some brands like Mandin, on the other hand, is highly rated for
their personalized and localized services mainly in Gasan, Marinduque, however with its limited
scale and early cutoffs restricts its ability to take on or handle larger or more urgent delivery
requests. Click n’ Go primarily positions itself as a, reliable, and a customer-friendly food
delivery and ride service.
Local delivery services here in Marinduque have a unique advantage, as they are very familiar
8
with the local area and may have an established loyal customer base. For Click n' Go! to excel or
grow in this competitive environment, we will be focusing on fast and reliable delivery time,
competitive pricing and by also providing an acceptable user experience through our website. By
also staying in tune with the needs of the local people and market and adjusting our strategies
accordingly and timely will be crucial for Click n' Go to grow and succeed in Marinduque.
