The main purpose of this questioner is to collect data which will be helpful in a research work
titled “"The effects of Human Resource Management Practices on Employees’ job
Satisfaction: A filed Study in the selected public sector offices of Mandura woreda".” The
researcher would like to request your assistance in filling the questioner since having your
