………………………. Section hereby declare that I am in need of childcare support and I am voluntarily
sending my child to daycare centre.
2. I have been briefed about the emergency protocols followed by Feathertouch and I am fully
satisfied with the same.
3. I also agree to abide by the following additional rules and regulations implemented by feathertouch
in view of Covid-19.
a. Children with any kind of symptoms, including Fever, Cough, Cold, Diarrhoea,Running nose, rashes
etc will not be allowed to enter the daycare premises. Decision of the attender/ caretaker will be
final. Children undergoing ANY type of medications also will not be allowed to come to the centre.
b. During the day, if any child is exhibiting any of the above symptoms, the child will be isolated and
and parents will be informed and requested to take the child back immediately. We will not be
giving any medications to such children
c. Parents who have travelled outside India in the past 14 days, parents and children who are from
any containment zones or sealed down areas, parents or children who are declared as a primary
contact of any Covid Positive person should not send their children to daycare.
