Dear Ma’am/ Sir, Greetings of peace! We are Bachelor of Science in Hospitality
Management students from JHCSC, currently enrolled in the Risk Management
course. As part of our final exam, we are required to submit a video and report about a
real-world food establishment together with how you prepare, process and sanitize
your food and area.
We would be honored to have the opportunity to interview you or a representative from
BurgerHub given your significant standing in the Industry. The interview will be about
the food handling and storage practices in your esteemed establishment.
This project aims to provide us with hands-on experience in the hospitality industry,
enabling us to gain practical knowledge and develop essential skills necessary for
effectively managing food and beverage establishments. It will also enhance our
understanding of operational procedures and problem-solving in a real-world setting,
which will be highly beneficial as we aspire to become successful service providers in
the future. Through this experience, we will build a strong foundation, preparing us to
meet industry standards and excel in our professional careers.
