Dear Sir/Madam,
Regarding the above-mentioned subject and our discussion, we are pleased to present our best
price for the above-mentioned work as per attached BOQ, our best price will be
- AED, Eight Hundred Five Thousand Six Hundred seventy five and 60 fls Only
- 15 % discount subject to approved our specification
- Final price after discount is AED, Six Hundred Eighty Four Thousand Eight Hundred twenty
four and 60 fls Only
1. The Scope of Works is strictly limited to the items mentioned in the Bill of Quantities AND Renders
received on 20/06/2022.
2. Total duration will be three months, one month to obtain the authority approval and 2 (Two) months for
the construction from the Date of the Building Permit and/or Receiving the Site free from obstacles /
services, and or received the advance payment whichever is later.
3. Detailed work program will be submitted in three days from the date of signing the contract
4. All Permanent Local Authorities charges and fees including but not limited to Building Permit fees,
Service Connections fees, Meters, etc. shall be borne by the Employer.
5. Performance Bond: Not Applicable.
6. Retention Money Not Applicable
7. 2 week Progress Bills to be paid within 10 days from the date of Invoice Submittal.
8. Material on Site: 80% of the Invoice Value (Net).
9. Future Additional Works / Variations are subject to a 12% mark-up (7% Attendance and 5% Over Head
& Profit).
10. Advance Payment: it will be most appreciated if you would consider a 50% Advance Payment against
security cheque. Recovery of the Advance Payment will be 50% during progress.
11. Vat as per UAE regulation to be added
