Tryout Structure:
“Welcome, everyone, to the LD Research Group Tryouts, my name is
[Name.], you shall refer to me as [Your choice.] and [Your choice.] only.
I am here today to assess and evaluate you to see if you are worthy of
joining LDRG, am I understood?”
“This tryout will contain 4 phases, faces, formations, questions and
testing scenarios.. At all times in this tryout I expect you to stay
disciplined and to treat me with the utmost respect, you are to follow
my orders as they are given, PTS will/will not be active at all times, am
I understood?
“Good, first with our faces, do we all know our faces?”
“Left, face! A left face is a 90 degree turn to your left.”
“Right, face! A right face is a 90 degree turn to your right.”
“Left, incline! A left incline is a 45 degree turn to your left.”
“Right, incline! A Right incline is a 45 degree turn to your right.”
“That is all needed thus far, we may now continue to formations.”
“Do we all know our formations?”
“Left, wing! All tryoutees must move and form a wing on my left
shoulder.”
“Right, wing! All tryoutees must move and form a wing on my right
shoulder.”
“Wedge! Form a left and right wing with an equal number of people,
like a wedge shape.”
“That concludes our formation phase, now time for the questions

You are currently doing a test and suddenly keter class scp breaches
out of its chamber. You are alone with 3 class-d, what do you do in
this situation?
You are roaming around the site and you are taken as a hostage by 2
class-d personnel. You have only a glock for self defense and they are
outnumbering you. What do you do in this situation? (remember
about fear role-play)
You are deployed as an undercover researcher. Unfortunately,
foundation personnel are concerned that you may be spying. They
want to check your clearance, what do you do?
Your decision now to decide if they pass or not.
Trial test phase:
Here comes an optional phase of the tryout, it is fairly simple, take
your tryoutees, grab them some D-Class, and have them perform a
test, you will simply be overseeing, so do not try to take over too
much, your job is to regulate their behavior. Reminder: Just because
this is part of the tryout doesn’t mean you have immunity in Sector-3.

From there, it is your decision if they pass or not, make sure they have
discord and correctly roll them, that is all..
