3. No separate fee will be payable for any
application or proceedings taken in the same suit or appeal.

5 Where union of India is a party along with Gaon Sabha in
respect of the sam¢ suit, panel lawyer shall also represeni
the UOI but no separate fees for this representation shall b,
payable.
6. The penal Lawyer shall ensure that UOI is invariably maclc
party in all suits of Gaon Sabha.
7. The panel lawyer shall bring to the notice of the Dv
Commissioner/BDO$ concerned and if necessary, to th
notice of the court, the provisions of Acts/Rules/ Regulations.
8. The lawyers will act as standing counsels for Gaon Sabha
the courts and if need arises, will accept the notice/s
Gaon Sabha.
9. The panel lawyers cngayed for a case shall be inchargc of th
CAsc entrusted to hirn. Hc/she will be requircd to advice h:
Gaon Sabha/Department at any tinc in a matter. He/S}
will also be required to submit a noticc giving day to d.•ollowi:
progress in each case to the BDO concerncd on the 1.

11, The panel lawycrs will not be paid any retainer cxcept

12. NO panel lawyer shall appear for parties against Gaon
Sabha/UOI in any cqurts.
13. The fee shall be payable in three installments i.e. 1/3rd to h
paid after somne substantial action has been taken in the
case i.e. filling of pleadings, written statements etc. 1/3rd on
Che conclusion of the hearing of the case and the balance fcr
after the case is decided and copy of judgment/decree or
order along with the opinion is furnished. Out of pocket
Cxpenses will however, be payable as and when they arr
incurred. Clerkage will be paid along with the last & finai
installment.
14. The tenure of panel jadvocates for Gaon Sabha cases shall be
three years or till further orders extendable by one year al
the discretiou of the Divisional Commissioner.
15. "The performance of the panel advocates will be revievweri
annually by the SDM/DM/Director(Panchayat) to whosr
offices they would belattached.
16. The name of any advocate in the present panel can be deleted
at any time on account of his/her non-performance
misconduct.
17. Remuneration/Fees payable will be as under:
