INTRODUCTION
Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM) 3D printing is a technology that has
revolutionized the way we create prototypes and produce small batches of
parts. This technology relies on a process of layer-by-layer deposition of
material, often using a thermoplastic filament, to build up a three-
dimensional object.

In recent years, 3D printing technology has evolved to include multiple

motor systems to increase the accuracy and precision of the final
product.

We focused on the implementation of a two extruder system. The extruder

is responsible for the deposition of the filament across the printing surface.
Utilizing two extruders can achieve greater accuracy and speed during the
printing process. This innovation helps produce complex geometries that
require high levels of precision.

CONCLUSION
Based on the market survey and procurement of
materials for the project, I made sure that all
necessary components are sourced, considering
both cost-efficiency and quality. This approach
lead to smoother assembly, better performance,
and reduced delays during the build process
and successful implementation.
