Reflection Paper : Major Organization
Major Organization provided plenty of knowledge which will help alumnus be
braver in long learning journey ahead . This reflection paper is all of value
that I comprehended after the meaningful class .
What I Learned :
There were major information about a lot of aspect of personality ,
reputation , history, specially is culture .
First of all , This class really made me to think deeply at the bottom of my
heart: Who I am ? , Who i want to be ? And what did i do after 18 years ? .
Especially , I actually think of myself in future for the first time . I used to be
the present-focused , like just lived day by day and didn’t have so much
ambition or aims . After I attended Major Organization , i realized that the
life is not short as i have thought for whole time . We need to be active ,
energetic , proactive in most situation .
Second, English Linguistics is not just learning around 4 skills
( Listening ,Speaking , Writing , Reading ) . English Linguistics is learning
deeply about all of English in pratical and Languages in general . It’s
completely different from the amateur who just learn those skill, attend to
some certification like Ielts , Toeic and use English to be their money-rod .
Learning English Linguistics made alumnus thorough understanding
English . Major Organization imprinted an opinion in student’s head : “
English is not the destination , English is expediency “ . Language learner
will not only make use their education for their reputation but also for their
lifelong learning . The more you learn about their language the more you
know about their life , culture . With English Linguistics , alumnus can gain
job in 3 main directions : Interpretation-translation , Teaching , Anglo –
American Culture and Literature . “English is expediency” English will open a
wide range chance for student in their future reputation path .
To ensure that alumnus will steadily walk on learning journey, Major
Organization class gave us the access to instruction of software skills. Which
is crucial in the whole learning journey , help us overcome some sudden
situations , improve our learning efficiency . Example : the alumnus who has
searching skill will be more proactive in learning knowledge than the others
who don’t . In Practice , Software skills enhance our chance in modern
working environment , for instance : Recruiters will prioritize the applicants
who have more software skill and manipulate it fluently in their works.
Software skills are particularly vital in this century , not only for reputation
but also lifelong learning ! .
Strengths and Weakness
Strengths : - Tough Mentality
I consider that i have tough mentality . In most situation , I can keep my
mind , my thrilling and action as well as stable as possible.
- Public speaking
I can fluently speak in front of people if there were the topic which I’m
into or thoroughly understanding.
- Listening
Absolutely , I’m emotional person who willing listen to people with their
confidences about all issues in life , This makes it easy for me to gain
their affection and trust .
- Teamwork
My teamwork skill quite impressive . I can unite members of group in
our project and undertake most of work .
Weakness : - Strong misgiving
With some past trauma , it take me quite long time to trust someone or
attend to integration .
My Aim :
Personal Goals : Graduated form university with excellent degrees and have
a solid relationship system to ensure for my next stage of life
Action plan :

- Seeking for mentorship or guidance
-Proactively create more relationship with people , lecturers.
-Change my daily schedule so that science fit with my studies.
After experience Major Organization , I have gained valuable insights of
English Linguistics. Understanding my strengths , has boosted my confidence
. Recognizing my weakness , has highlighted areas for my growth . By
setting the goals for myself , I finally found right ways to archive it , will be
crucial for my development .
Overall, this lesson has not only my understanding of organizational
dynamics but has also inspired me to take more steps toward personal and
growth
