RESOLUTION ENDORSING TO THE SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY FOR THE
ADOPTION/APPROVAL OF EXPENDITURES OF THE ANNUAL LUMPSUM
APPROPRIATION OF THE BARANGAY DISASTER RISK REDUCTION MANAGEMENT
FUND (BRRMF) FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2025 IN THE AMOUNT OF TWO HUNDRED
SEVEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED NINETY-ONE PESOS AND TEN CENTAVOS ONLY
(207,291.10).
WHEREAS, five percent (5%) of the estimated revenue from regular sources shall be set aside as
annual lump sum appropriations in connection with calamities which may occur during the budget
year;
WHEREAS, pursuant to Joint Memorandum Circular No. 2013-1 and R.A. 10121 of NDRRMC,
DBM and DILG governing the utilization of Local Calamity Fund, the BDRRMF specified the
appropriation for the lump sum amount of the calamity fund to wit;

WHEREAS, disbursement of Calamity Fund must follow COA Circular Letter No. 2013-1 governing
accounting guidelines on disbursing the calamity fund.
NOW THEREFORE RESOLVED, by all members of the BRRMC to approve the appropriation for
the 5% calamity fund for calendar year 2025 and endorsed this resolution for the adoption/approval by
the Sangguniang Barangay of Mt. Olive, Bayugan City, Agusan del Sur.
RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copy of this resolution to DILG, CPDO and Accounting Office
for their information and appropriate action.

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE BARANGAY PROGRAMS AND PROJECT FUNDED
OUT FROM THE 20% BD FOR CY 2025 IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF SEVEN HUNDRED
SIXTY-THREE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED SIXTY-FOUR PESOS AND 40 CENTAVOS
ONLY (763,164.40). SUBMITTED BY THE BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL OF
BARANGAY MAYGATASAN, BAYUGAN CITY, AND AGUSAN DEL SUR.
WHEREAS, The Barangay Development Council (BDC) has submitted to this body the Barangay
Annual Investment Plan for the Year 2025 for review and approval;
WHEREAS, after its review, the AlP is found to be in line with development policies and priorities of
the Barangay Development Council; the programs, projects and activities as embodied in BDC
Resolution No.01 S. 2024 (attached) is consistent with the guidelines prescribed under the latest
national issuances in the utilization of the 20% BDF;
NOW THEREFORE, be it
RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Barangay of Mt. Olive, Bayugan City, Agusan Del Sur to approve
AlP for 2025 submitted by the BDC; the programs, projects and activities embodied in BDC
Resolution No.01 S. 2024 as attached:
RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this resolution with the attached BDC Resolution No.01 S.
2024 and AIP 2025 be submitted to the concerned offices (SB Office, CPDO, etc.) for review and
information;

THE BARANGAY ANDTI-DRUG ABUSE COUNCIL (BADAC)/BARANGAY PEACE AND
ORDER COUNCIL (BPOC) APPROPRIATED FUNDS FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2025 IN
THE AMOUNT OF THIRTY-EIGHT THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FIFTY-EIGHT PESOS
AND TWENTY-TWO CENTAVOS ONLY (38,158.22).
WHEREAS, the Barangay Peace and Order Council endorsed to the Sangguniang Barangay of Mt.
Olive, Bayugan City, Agusan del Sur for the adoption/approval of the identified program and
activities to be funded out from 1% of Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Council & Barangay Peace and
Order Council fund for the budget year 2025:
WHEREAS, upon review of this November body the program and activities to be funded out from
the 1% of Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Council fund set aside for the budget year 2025 is in
accordance with Section 16 of RA No. 7160, Section 2 of Executive Order No. 366 Series of 1996 and
Memorandum Circular No. 2020-047 dated February 27, 2020 amending DILG MC 2008-101 dated
June 17, 2008 an update on the functionality indicators, rules and responsibility and Monitoring
Guidelines of Barangay Peace and Order Council fund;
NOWTHEREFORE RESOLVED; on motion of Kawagad Ronaldo P. Villabito duly seconded by
Kagawad Rogelio S. Remotigue that the BADAC/BPOC Resolution No. 30 series of 2024 be
approved;
RESOLVED FURTHER, RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copy of this resolution to DILG,
CPDO, Accounting Office and Sangguniang Panlungsod for their information and appropriate action.
