As per reference cited Kerala Water Authority had submitted application for laying pipe line under Jal Jeevan Mission scheme
from Chavadiyoor to Elachivazhy (Ch. 15/000 to 25/000). The road is under DLP and ROW in this road is also limited. KWA
Executive Engineer, Project Division, Palakkad had given undertaking that they should restore the pipe laid area to the original
condition. In this regard, an estimatev for security deposit as per GO cited above is submitted herewith.
