1. Introduction
Birdseye Asset Solutions Pvt Ltd a company incorporated in August 2019,
provides drone-based Inspections for asset monitoring in large manufacturing
industries and for complex processes. The founders of the company have in depth
technical expertise in Non-Destructive Evaluation and the support team
comprises highly qualified industrial professionals to young motivated engineers
from premiere institutes.
Within a short span of time, Birdseye Asset Solutions Pvt Ltd has become a
pioneer in the field of confined space inspections. Birdseye Asset Solutions Pvt
Ltd has equipped itself with Elios – 2, the most advanced and technically superior
confined space drone for its air borne inspections.
Elios 2 is the most intuitive, reliable, and precise indoor inspection drone. The
Onsite advantage of the Elios – 2 Drone is that the work force on site is kept out
of harm’s way during operation. Elios 2 performs flawless inspections from its
first flight using its cutting-edge drone data capture technical superiority. Data is
of prime importance when it comes to visual inspections, where in Elios 2 has an
edge over any other inspection methodology. Elios 2 payload has a front cage
opening, equipped with a superior thermal 4k camera. The camera has a 12mp
still and video recording capabilities that produces sharp images to 0.18mm/pix
resolutions which helps in identifying the tiniest of cracks end to end. The perfect
lighting lumens which visualize the image to the needed perfection. Equipped
with dustproof lighting Elios 2 can traverse to dust filled areas to a manageable
extent without losing sight of the objective.

2. Executive Summary
Sprng Renewable Energy Private Limited, contracted Birdseye Asset Solutions
Pvt Ltd for Drone based Inspection of Blades for the internal Condition Against
work order No. –. As part of the mentioned work order, the Blade was offered for
Visual inspection.
Based on the visual inspection of the Blade internal condition, no major physical
damages were observed on the internal portion.
In lieu of the above observation, detail recommendations have been provided
which can be found in the later sections of the report.
The time duration taken for the flight visual inspection was one day and handled
by four engineers from Birdseye Asset Solutions Pvt Ltd, with guidance from
Sprng Renewable Energy Engineers.
All site safety regulations were complied with, relevant SOP’s and checklist
were followed during the inspection.

• No major abnormalities were observed in the 127 Blade. So, no
recommendations needed.
5. Summary
Based on the visual inspection carried out for the blade has,
• No major anomalies were found in the glass Fibre and its joints.
• The excess of matrix mixture was observed at 32m from the root.
• Matrix was sticked on the surface.
• Debris was sticked on the surface.
• A hole was found in the matrix.
• Glass fibre filament was found.
• Foreign material was observed.
