which got repeated instances of >3
occurrence in last 8 months (2

Overlay
• It contains the instance level
details for all rating elements,
allowing view of one rating
element instances at a time
• Search box allows the user to filter
out the list and see required data

• Rating Modification Summary
screen will allow users to view all
Communications, Warnings,
Problem Reports, Bonus Points,
and Production Losses/Offlines
that have been issued for ship
sites
• Search Criteria now has RM type
filter as well, in addition to all
existing search fields.
• Click on the three dots to perform
appropriate actions like
View/Respond/Reverse etc..

Create Rating Modification
• This one screen will now allow the
Originator to create all types of
Rating Modifications like
Communication/Warning/PR etc..
• Comments box in now enhanced
as Rich text box to format the user
comments like bold, link, bullets
etc..
• When multiple supplier codes are
entered, system will prompt if
none of the selected contacts are
available for a supplier – Originator
can Exclude them or Include.

Create Communication Survey
• As part of RM Communication,
Surveys can be created for a huge
list of suppliers
• Max 16 Question and Answers can
be created now as part of survey
• One way communication can also
be created now, so that suppliers
will not be able to respond
• All Q&A’s can be previewed before
sending the survey
• Auto Reminder/Escalation
remains same with 3/5/7 days

Dispute Summary
• Dispute Summary screen will
allow Analysts to view Disputes
submitted by suppliers and
process it
• All existing Search Criteria’s are
carried over which allows user to
search with Dispute No or Ship
Site or Analyst code etc..
• Click on the three dots to perform
appropriate actions like
View/Process dispute.

Submit Dispute
• This screen allow suppliers to enter
their Disputes against a week-of
• All instances hit against each Rating
element for that week-of will get
displayed in separate tabs
• Supplier can select instances from
each tab and submit the Dispute
• Disputed Instances count against each
Rating Element displayed separately
• ‘Select All’ will select all instances
behind the current view (ie., instances
which are in next pages)

Process Disputes
• This screen allows dispute analyst to
process the Disputes submitted by
supplier
• Supplier selected instances against
each Rating element for that week-of,
will get displayed in separate tabs
• Dispute analyst can approve/reject the
instances from each tab and finally
close the Dispute
• Summarized view of approve/rejected
instances count displayed separately
• Pending/Approved/Rejected instances
can be filtered in each tab (radio btn)

Return of Points
• This screen allows dispute analyst to
do Return of Points for a supplier
against a rating month
• Rejected and non disputed instances
against each Rating element for that
rating month, will get displayed in
separate tabs
• Dispute analyst can approve the
instances from each tab and submit
the RoP
• Week-of filter selection is now
available in Return of Points

Maintain LRR Audits
• This screen allows SMRT to perform a
Program search, identify the associated
suppliers and Initiate LRR/ Carryover
Supplier audits
• Programs can be filtered based on Build
Phases with a date range period
• Summary tab will group the search
results against Audit Type, Supplier
Region, LRR Audit status and 6MWA
• Supervisors can add a New supplier to a
program and they can update the Audit

Non LRR Audits
• Non-LRR Audits creation can be
done only from this Audit
Summary screen
• Ford SMRT’s can Edit the LRR &
Non LRR Audits at anytime
irrespective of Audit status
• Suppliers cannot Edit the Audits
once its Submitted.

Audit Assessment – Check List
• This screen allows Suppliers to fill
in the Checklist Questionaries for
LRR and Non LRR Audits
• General Info tab also need to be
filled in by Supplier before
submitting the Audit.
• Overall Score and Color get
displayed on top
• Assessment, Category and Color
filters are available to shortlist the
questionaries and act.
• SMRT can create Issues from here

Audit Assessment – SMRT Logs
• This is a new tab, where SMRT can
update the Audit Notes and
update the Issues associated to
the Audit.
• Suppliers can only View this tab,
no updates allowed
• SMRT can overwrite the system
calculated Overall Color of Audit
• SMRT should Acknowledge all
Categories before closing the
Audit.
