Welding Electrode adjustments
New configuration allows adjustment on the head not on the electrodes. There is a
dedicated adjustment that allows the heads to individually rotate 20 degrees in
either direction.
Dual Mode operation
The Accuweld has two modes of operation:
Online mode is automated to work in conjunction with the 2D or 3D benders. This
mode will automate the operation of capturing the formed part off of the bender,
weld and eject the part without human intervention.
Offline mode is configured to work
independently from the bender via an included foot pedal. When the welder is
rotated 180 degrees from the bender, the welder will activate only from the user
operated foot pedal.
This mode allows the bender to form other parts, utilizing both units at the same time.
