DAILY ROUTINE

6:00 : WAKE UP
6:00 - 6:30 : Get Fresh , Drink Water ( 2 Glasses) and Listen To any Inspitring Interviews~Current Goal

[DIFFUSE MODE 1]
[6:30 TO 8:30—Listen Interviews, Podcast, Memorize, Talk to Inner Self , Make Plan]
6:30 - 7:45 : Finish all Kitchen Works
7:45 - 9:00 : Washing Clothes and Cleaning Rooms
9:00 - 9:15 : Body Stretching [Full Concentrated]
9:15 - [Link] Eat Food Medicine, and Set Up Environment for Focus Period 1

[FOCUS MODE 1]
10:00 - 1:00 : Focus Period 1 (Theoretical Part: Reading and Memorizing)
1:00 - 2:00 : 1 Hour Short Rest
2:00 - 3:30 : Prepare Launch, Serve, Eat and Set Up Environment for Focus Period 2

[FOCUS MODE 2]
3:30 - 5:30 : Focus Period 2 (Theoretical Part: Reading and Memorizing)

[DIFFUSE MODE 2]
5:30 - 7:00 : Finish all Kitchen Works

7:00 - 7:30 : Body Workout [Fully Concentrated]


7:30 - 8:00 : Eat Food and Set Up Environment for Focus Period 3

[FOCUS MODE 3]
8:00 - [Link] Focus Period 3 ( Practical Part: Practicing and Implementing)
11:00 - 6:00 : 7 Hours LongRest

Total Focus Mode Hours: 3+2+3=8 hours


Total Diffuse Mode Hours: 2+1.5+1.5 hours=5 hours
Total Time Given to Achieve Goal: 8+5=13 hours/day
