Second irrigation should be applied at tillering stage just 40-45 days after
sowing. Farmers are advised to carry out regular weeding in wheat crop.
WHEAT Spray a solution of metasulfuron methyl @ 4g ai/ha in 500 litre water to
control broad leaved weed and sulfosulfuron @ 25g ai/ha in 250-300 litre
water/ha for both grassy and broad leaved weed.
Farmers are advised to notice the leaves for white rust appearance (yellowish
on upper side while white circular or irregular blisters on lower side of the
MUSTARD
leaves) in mustard crop. Spray mancozeb or ridomil MZ 72 WP @ 2.0 Kg in
800 litre water/ha.
