Password Change Instructions for Users

Your password has expired and must be changed to protect your account from attackers. You can change your password either in the office by connecting to the network or from home using the Fortigate VPN. If you encounter issues, contact the EUS Support Team or ITServiceDesk for assistance.

Dear Username,

Your password has now expired, you will need to change it. By you not changing your password you
are making it easier for attackers to gain access to your account.

Please change your password by one of the below options

You will need to be in the office or have a VPN Network connection to do so. Otherwise, your
laptop password and your O365 password will be out of sync.

In the office:

1 Go into any Entain Office


 Connect to the wired network via a docking station or directly via cable.
 Alternatively connect to the Alice wireless network. Do not connect to Wonderland.
 Once you are connected on the network for around 30 mins, your laptop will
update, and you should see a prompt to update your password.
 If you do not see this prompt, please press CTRL – ALT – DEL on your keyboard and
click on Change Password.
 Once your password has been changed, please lock your laptop, and enter the new
password to log back in.

From Home

2 Use the Fortigate VPN to connect to the company network in the normal way.
 Please press CTRL – ALT – DEL on your keyboard and click on Change Password.
Once your password has been changed, please lock your laptop, and enter the new
password to log back in.

If you are in one of our offices and are having trouble changing your password, please contact the
EUS Support Team and they will be able to assist you further.

If you are having trouble changing your password outside of an office whilst using VPN, please
contact the ITServiceDesk
