Important Protection Measures & Important Safety Tips

Basic safety measures should be observed when using this machine:

1. Please read all the instructions carefully before use.
2. Please provide safety training to the operators when operating the machine.
3. Reliable grounding of the machine (the attached plug in the middle of the power cord is marked
with grounding symbol).
4. Ensure the power supply of the machine: AC110V/220V ±10%, frequency: 50Hz, power: ≥
500VA.
5. Please check the program that the machine runs and the corresponding products before operating
the machine.
6. Please turn off the machine and unplug the power outlet when repairing, cleaning, maintaining or
moving the machine.
7. When connected to the power supply, the machine must be taken care of.
8. This machine is not allowed to be used as a toy and children are not allowed to come near it.
9. Do not use the machine when the following situations occur: the power cord or plug of the
machine is damaged, the machine is not working properly, the machine has been dropped or
damaged, or the machine has been flooded.
10. Fingers should be kept away from the moving parts of the machine, and special attention should
be paid around the injection needle.
11. When the machine presses the cap, operators shall close the door panel; do not put hands in the
process of pressing the cap.
12. There should be no sundries on the capping platform.
13. The function of this machine is limited to the scope specified in this manual, and only the
accessories recommended by the manufacturer in this manual can be used.
14. Use a suitable pressure cap fixture. The use of inappropriate fixtures will cause damage to the
machine or damage to the product.
15. Do not use cap products with excessive tolerances (the size difference is less than 1.5%).
16. The machine is equipped with access control. The door panel must be closed before starting.

I. Set up machine operation steps

1. Move the machine to a smooth workbench and plug in the power supply.

2. Close the door panel and proceed to the next step.

3. Turn on the power switch and press the red reset button

4. Click on the touch screen to bring up the archive of the corresponding product.

5. Open the door panel, put the fixture of the product, and flatten the alignment pin

hole.

6. Close the door and make sure it is closed.

7. Press start and wait for the cap action to be completed.

8. After the platform is reset and still, open the door plate and remove the fixture.

9. Put on the new fixture product, close the door panel, and press the start again.

10. After completing the production task, turn off the power switch and unplug the

power supply.

II. Product Introduction

1. Overview

The automatic capping machine is purely electric to control the work of the pressure cap without air

pump; the parameters such as the height and speed of the pressure cap are adjustable and more

intelligent; the operation is simple, the volume is small, and it has the characteristics of high

precision, high efficiency, strong stability, high pressure and so on.

Applicable products: suction nozzle and bottom cover of small bottles

III. Touch Screen Description
1. Boot interface

Select the language to enter the system option after power on

2. Auto Page
Debug/Auto: switch debugging and automatic state. Auto state is normal use state, and debug state is
debugging machine state. Out Put: Accumulate the number of caps. Hold "zero" production to zero.
Archive PG: the name of the archive currently in use (the file name of the archive page record is shown in the
upper left corner).
Cap number: enter the number of fixtures to put the number of products, count the use.
Time pressure cap: the time it takes for the machine cap platform to stay at the highest point set.
Lifting speed: the speed at which the cap platform lifts the fixture.
Lifting height: the distance between the lifting fixture of the pressure cap platform and the distance from the
top after the product is put away.
Pressure cap speed: the speed at which the cap platform begins to press the cap.
Cap height: the distance from the beginning of the force on the product to the pressure (that is, how much
distance the product needs to be pressed after touching the top).
Reset: the machine returns to the ready state of work (it must be reset after starting up in order to proceed to
the next step).
Start: the machine works automatically (only when the machine state works automatically).
Floodlight: the switch of the lighting tube of a machine

4. Set Page (enter password 666 to enter this page)

(Please do not change the parameters of this page at will for non-professionals. If you have any
questions, restore the default according to the parameters provided by the picture.)

Range of one circle of motor: the millimeters the motor rotates one turn up the platform.
Pulse of one circle of motor: the pulses the motor needs to walk around.
Motor acceleration and deceleration time: the time it takes for a motor to accelerate or decelerate
to a set value.
Max lifting speed: the limit to which the lifting speed in an automatic page can be adjusted.
Max pressure cap speed: the limit to which the capping speed in the automatic page can be
adjusted.
Reset speed: the speed of the motor when the machine platform is reset.
Max lift height: automatic page lifting height + hat height ≤ maximum lifting height.
Capping times: the number of times the cap action is carried out.
Upload: let the platform go up (it can only be used in debug mode).
Current height: displays the current height of the machine platform.
Upload: let the platform go down (it can only be used in debugging mode).

Debugging process: after the machine is reset, place the product, close the door panel, and enter the settings
page. Switch to debug state and use the blank virtual button to make the platform rise until the product just
touches the top orange bakelite. Write down the current height at this time, enter it into the lifting height of
the automatic page manually, and enter it into the hat height manually according to the depth of pressing as
needed. Then start, according to the actual pressure cap situation, appropriately increase or decrease the hat
height, until the perfect compression.

3. File Page (enter password 666 to enter)

The file page is the page where the fuel injection data of the fuel injection route is stored. Click Save
to save the currently set data; the machine can save multiple routes. After saving the fuel injection
path, fill the serial number in No. and use it.

V. Machine Maintenance

1. The machine should be used in a dust-free indoor environment.

2. Add grease to the guide rail and oil injection screw once a month (dust-free workshop can be
added every half a year).
3. The machine is mainly used to accurately inject oil into the bottles.
4. Do not blindly pursue too fast speed. The processing speed beyond the limit will affect the
precision; too high speed will also accelerate the wear of the machine, and will cause the fuselage
jitter, which is disadvantageous to safety.
