Desolation Project
Los Angeles secretly is maintained by the US Government as a veritable prison for ex-agents of
numerous intelligence organizations. The ex-agents are legally invisible within the city, but are not
allowed to leave without being hunted for going rogue. With little else to do you do but sit back and do
nothing you chose life of “detective” work doing jobs for other members of/within the intelligence
community. Your boss is an albino head case who wears a orange trench coat, an oxygen mask, and a
pair of goggles, to avoid exposure to sunlight.

No speaking with active agents of any position
Retired Agents:
Michael Jones
o A former agent of British intelligence service MI6, who earned a long record of
drunkenness and misconduct within the organization. After going through the
desolation project he has changed in ways too few people know or understand.
o He runs The Agency from his loft in the city and takes up jobs, when he can he works on
his own but most he has to send off to others.
Robina
o A scientist skilled in creating robotic miniature explosives she has become agoraphobic
and stays inside her lab. An excellent scientist she has little ability to relate to most
people and is much of a nerd.
Jimmy B.
o Ex-agent/doctor he patches up most others who cannot go to the hospital for one
reason or another. Kind to a fault he will attend anyone who comes to him no matter
what the problem or the consequences, for his friends he will travel any length.
Dr. Tapper
o A psychotic chauvinistic agent he is none the less a top of the line forensic agent. It is a
little grey as to if he is even allowed to touch anyone with a pulse but that does not stop
this gregarious man.
Emily
o As the result of CIA experiments, Emily emits constant pheromones that cause almost
animalistic fear and revulsion in people around her.
Carrik “Deep Miner”
o Russian that spied on America agent retired to America and went local, loves everything
about the country. Doesn’t like to let people let close but will assist those he views as
helpless.
Double agent for America and Russia he can get in a lot of trouble if anyone
finds out even though he is retired.
Asher
o Ex-agent who had is body altered to go a year without eating, the side effect is when he
does have to eat it must be a large quantity of “fresh” protein, on such occasions he is
forced to go to a farm and devour several cows.
Active Agents
Zee
o Head of M16 she is a stone cold bitch and doesn’t like LA at all. She is the worst traits of
both the old school and new schools of agency.
Dobbs
o Up and coming agent he is the M16 liaison and assistant to Zee herself.
After being blooded he has now become the prime hit man.
Jerome
o Liaison between the FBI and LA. He is tough but fair and will do what he can to make
sure everything runs smoothly.

Jobs
Death in the hedge
o An agent has just been killed before he could be debriefed and rotated into the
community. Due to the fuzzy nature of his situation no one is quite sure where it falls so
they gave it to The Agency.
Cedric “Magician” Primo was a double agent working for and spying on the
Americans for Spain.
Dobbs was sent to kill before it was found out Primo worked for Britain
as a triple agent.
Timeline
Cedric finished his last job and decided to quit
He dropped in LA and set up residence there without any notice.
Cedric has been seeing a girl he met at the museum.
After meeting up with a friend he quickly began his phasing out.
Debriefing went bad due to his job and his emotional state
Dobbs tortures Cedric for the information.
