Part 1 – The Past


1. What is the bravest thing I have done this year?
2. What have I already accomplished that I am proud of?
3. If I could turn back time, what would I do differently? Why?
4. Which things felt important to me ten or five years ago that no longer matter now?
5. What thing/action/event had a profound effect on me this year?

Part 2 – The Present


1. What do I love about my life?
2. What season of life am I in right now?
3. How have I stepped outside my comfort zone this year?
4. What am I most grateful for this year?
5. How do I spend my spare time? How would I like to spend it?

Part 3 – The Future


1. Give your future self advice.
2. What worries me most about the future?
3. What is going to bring me joy this week/month/year?
4. If I continue doing what I am doing now, where will I be in 2 years?
5. What about the future am I most excited for?

Part 4 –
1. Have I made someone smile today?
2. Make a list of 20 things that make me smile.
3. Am I employing a healthy perspective?
