another branch in Antipolo, the city’s first private nursing home offering full-service care for
older people.

2.1.2. Findings

The circulation flow has been planned meticulously to guarantee smooth accessibility for
vehicles and their users. The main entrance and exit gate are situated along SE Apitong Road;
upon entering, a guard house can be seen immediately for protection and monitoring. Then, on
the left side of the entrance, there is a designated motorcycle parking space for better access and
convenience. There is a transparent system of pathways going to the significant spaces of the
nursing home, such as the chapel, grotto, and the main building. These ensure that the staff,
residents, and guests can move comfortably. The circulation design shows a logical flow to avoid
congestion and ensure that all the important facilities can be reached easily.

Calming views of the green landscape surround the community inside the nursing home.
The site is ideally in a calm, accessible location, offering the perfect environment for care and
relaxation. The area is well-known for its elevated terrain, more peaceful climate, and proximity
