RFP for “Construction of Eight lane access controlled Expressway from km 128.000 to km 154.600
of Vadodara Mumbai Expressway (Karvad to Jujuwa section) in the State of Gujarat on EPC Mode
under Bharatmala Pariyojana (Phase I-Package IX)".
The Ministry of Road Transport & Highways through National Highways Authority of India is engaged
in the development of National Highways and as part of this endeavour, it has been decided to undertake
Construction of Eight lane access controlled Expressway from km 128.000 to km 154.600 of
Vadodara Mumbai Expressway (Karvad to Jujuwa section) in the State of Gujarat on EPC Mode
under Bharatmala Pariyojana (Phase I-Package IX) through an Engineering, Procurement and
Construction (EPC) Contract.
The National Highways Authority of India represented by its Chairman/Chairperson now invites bids from
eligible contractors for the following project:

The complete BID document can be viewed / downloaded from official portal of the NHAI
[Link] or the CPPP website [Link] and BIMS portal [Link] from
30.03.2023 to 01.05.2023 (upto 1100 Hrs. IST). Bidder must submit its Financial bid and Technical Bid
at [Link] and [Link] on or before 01.05.2023 (upto 1100 hours IST). Bids
received online shall be opened on 02.05.2023 (at 1130 hours IST).
Bid through any other mode shall not be entertained. However, Bid Security, POA for signing the Bid,
POA for lead member of JV, if any, JBA for JV, if any, Integrity Pact, and experience certificates apostile
at foreign origin, if any and other documents specified in clause 2.11.2 of RFP shall be submitted
physically in original by the Lowest Bidder before issuance of Letter of Acceptance (LOA) by the
Authority. However, while submitting Bid Security via Account Payee demand draft or Banker’s Cheque,
it is to be ensured by the bidder that Account Payee demand draft or Banker’s Cheque are submitted
physically latest within 5 working days of the Bid Due Date (upto 11:00 hours) Please note that the
National Highways Authority of India reserves the right to accept or reject all or any of the BIDs without
assigning any reason whatsoever.
