With reference to your application & subsequent interview, we are delighted to offer you an
employment in the position of “Boiler Operator- 2nd Class” at our client premises M/s. Thermax Limited –
Phaltan.

Your remuneration package (Gross) will be Rs 20,151/- per month subject to various deductions as per
government and company policies.

Terms and Conditions:

1. The Role & Responsibilities along with other terms & conditions of your employment will be
specified in your appointment letter.

2. S2S Expert Solutions Pvt. Ltd. observes various Human Resource and Administration policies and
procedures. All employees are expected to comply with the policies and procedures.

3. The appointment would stand valid provided all the credentials prove their authenticity or the
appointment can be terminated outright.

4. We expect to assume your duties in S2S Expert Solutions Pvt. Ltd. no later than 20th Nov ’2024.

5. Your salary details and terms of this offer are intended to be kept strictly confidential. If on
verification, at the time of appointment or at a later date it is found that you have furnished wrong
information, in such cases your services with the company will be liable to termination.
