Noted:
-:Take every first Sabbath of the next quarter for the Lord supper in all our Churches.
-: District Executive Meeting may be call for at most convenient time when necessary.
-: Mondays are Pastor’s off and family days.
-: Elders board meeting to be held at least once a week and plan Sabbath programmes two
weeks ahead
-: Church board meeting at least once a Month and make sure you share agenda items,
dates, time and venue before the meeting furthermore afterwards share voted and
excepted board minutes with your District Pastor.
-: Business meetings at least once a quarter, remember all reporting departments to present
the report to the church at a Business meeting before handing over the report the church
clerk for submission to the District.
-: On every Zonal Council meeting’s Church Clerk to bring Elders board, Church board and
Business meetings minutes books, also Church Announcements book.
-: Remember Box file labelled and Netley covered for each Church to be brought to the
District Pastor as soon as possible.
