mode.

The Ministry of Road Transport & Highways through National Highways Authority of
India is engaged in the development of National Highways and as part of this
endeavour, it has been decided to undertake Construction of 4 Lane V.U.P at Km
290+153 on NH-7 (New no. NH-44) Semmadai, RE Wall & Retaining Wall
approaches, 2 Lane Service Road (B/s), etc. in the State of Tamilnadu on EPC
mode.
National Highways Authority of India represented by its Chairman now invites bids from
eligible contractors for the following project:

The complete BID document can be viewed / downloaded from e-procurement portal of
[Link] from 07.03.2022 to 06.04.2022 (upto 09.00 Hrs. IST). Bidder must
submit its Technical and Financial bid online only on or before 06.04.2022 (upto 09.00 hours
IST). Bids received online shall be opened on 07.04.2022 (at 11.00 Hrs IST).
Bid through any other mode shall not be entertained. Bidder shall be required to submit original
of the documents such as Bid Securing Declaration, Power of Attorney and Joint Bidding
Agreement etc. after declaration of bid evaluation result by Authority. However, Bidders shall
submit the originals of Bid Security for an amount of Rs. 22.11 Lakh [Rupees Twenty
Two Lakh and Eleven Thousand Only] in the form of Bank Guarantee/Demand
Draft/NEFT/RTGS] payable to NHAI, RO, Madurai on or before the bid due date i.e.
06.04.2022 upto 12.00 Hrs to qualify in the pre-technical qualification. The Bid Security
provision has been reinstated as per NHAI, HQ, OM Dated 28.02.2022 (copy annexed).
Bidders (including all of its joint venture members) failing to submit the original documents
shall be unconditionally debarred from bidding in NHAI projects for a period of 5 years from
the date of declaration of bid evaluation result. Please note that the Authority reserves the right
to accept or reject allow any of the BIDs without assigning any reason whatsoever.
