1. I say that I am wife of Raghuveer Rao T., who died on 10-
07-2007 at Dr. T.M.A. Pai Hospital, Udupi leaving behind
me.
2. I say that the legal heirs in respect of the state of late
Raghuveer Rao T., is following:
a) Mrs. Radha Bai (Wife)
3. I say that except the aforesaid person no other persons are the
legal heirs of late Raghuveer Rao T.
4. I say that according to circular the Reserve Bank of India the
deposit amount which is less than 25,000/- can be immediately
sanctioned to the next living legal heir. The copy of the same is
enclosed herewith.
